He was preceded in death by his mother, Modesta T. Wilkerson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Julie Wilkerson, children: Kevin I. Wilkerson, Robert F. Wilkerson and Johnathan G. Wilkerson, 2 grandchildren, brother, Daniel Wilkerson, sister, Cheryl Wilkerson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
