He was preceded in death by the mother of his children Olga Cortez-Martinez, his father- Uvaldo Martinez, Brothers Carlos Javier Martinez Sr., Victor Osvaldo Martinez Sr., and sister Rosa Angelica Martinez.
He is survived by his mother Teresa Martinez, his wife Rose Abrams, his children Alberico Martinez Jr., Maria Teresa Martinez, Jesus Salvador Martinez, Miguel Mauro Martinez, Anahi Ruby Martinez, Jennifer Lara , Kristie Denise Lara and Step-son Lonzo Mills., 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his Brothers, Roberto (Diana) Martinez, Martin (Veronica) Martinez, Victor Manuel (Albina) Martinez. Sisters Rosa (Roberto) Trevino, Cleotilde Trevino, Maura (David) Salazar, Anna Liza (Juan) Flores, Maria Teresa Martinez, Amalia Villarreal, Lourdes (Gustavo) Martinez, Sister-in-laws Margaret Martinez and Alicia Martinez, Numerous nephews nieces and friends he will be missed dearly.
