Mr. Alfonso Luna, 63, entered into God's glory on January 6, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. He was born in Laredo, Texas on September 4, 1961, the son of the late Antonio and Aurelia Luna.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Veronica Rosalinda Luna; nephew, Fernando Soliz.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Jesus M. Luna (Erika Alacron), April L. (Joshua) Zamarripa, Alfonso Luna Jr. (Iliana Hernandez), Jose Victor Luna (Stephanie Ruelas), Martin Alonso Luna, David Luna, Tiffany Luna; 10 grandchildren; siblings: Alma Luna, Margarita Luna, Guadalupe Luna, Antonio Luna Jr., Juan Luna, Teresa Luna, Ana Luna, Victoria Luna, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Liturgy of the Word and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.
A cremation will be held at a later date.
