Alfredo J. Rodriguez passed away on October 15, 2024, in Laredo, Texas at his residence surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his first wife: Maricela P. Rodriguez; parents: Antonia Juarez Rodriguez and Miguel Rodriguez; siblings: Laura Rodriguez, Raymundo Rodriguez, Horacio Rodriguez.

Surviving him are his spouse: Blanca Rodriguez; children: Quetzalcoatl Alfredo Palapa (Marcela K.), Haidy Y. Cisneros (Gabriel), Andrei Roberto Rodriguez, Lesley A. Garza , Xochiquetzal A. Lawson (Patrick Joseph), Miguel C. Rodriguez (Karen), Yani Yac Rodriguez, Blanca Yoana Rodriguez; grandchildren: Maya A. X. Palapa, Citlali N. I. Palapa, Quetzalcoatl Alfredo Palapa Jr., Edahi Palapa, Gabriel Alfredo Cisneros, Yoanna Cisneros, Cristian Alexandre Cisneros, Genaveve Maricela Rodriguez, Andrea Ariel Rodriguez, Maricela Kalani Garza, Saajid Aarif Garza, Elizabeth Camila Boyd, Patrick Joseph Lawson Jr., Sophia Marie Lawson, Sammy Rodriguez; siblings: Antonio Rodriguez and Yolanda Negrete, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Discourse will be held at 7 pm, by Elder Nathan Barker.

Funeral service will take place at 9 am on Friday, October 18, 2024, in the funeral chapel, with Elder Gabriel Cisneros.

Procession will depart the chapel at 9:30 am to the Laredo City Cemetery for the interment.
