Altagracia Lucero Macias

Altagracia Lucero Macias, 77, was called by the Lord on July 14, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Macias; son, Claudio Macias; parents, Jose Lucero & Fidencia Velazquez; siblings, Maura, Esperanza, Maximiliano, & Claudia Lucero.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Juany (Juan) Ortega, Patricia (Stewart) Fuentes, Ruthe (Noe) Valles, Alejandro Macias, & Javier “Tony”(Elizabeth) Macias; her grandchildren, Gaby, Mariana, Juan, Daniel, Karen, Annette, Jaime, Wilfredo, Jesus, Clarissa, Noe, Alex Jr., Isaac, Alexis, Alexa, Miguel, Javier, Janelle, & Jacob; great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Sebastian, Allison, Grayson, & Ryleigh; siblings; Arnulfo, Margarito, Concepcion, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Tony Macias, Alex Macias, Chuy Ramos, Juan A Ortega, Juan I Ortega, Daniel Ortega, Brad Krajca, Alex Macias Jr., & Isaac Macias.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 18, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Santa Rita de Casia Catholic Church, where a mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Funeral home doors will open at 7:00 a.m. Procession departs at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow to City of Laredo Cemetery.
