Calvin Laverne Eash

Calvin Laverne Eash, 76, passed away on Saturday April 11, 2020, at Las Alturas Nursing and Transitional Care in Laredo, Texas where he resided near his son.

Mr. Eash was born on August 15, 1943, in Constantine MI to Calvin and Katie (Yoder) Eash. Cal grew up in Fairview MI and lived most of his life in West Branch and Houghton Lake MI and married Delta Kauffman in Fairview MI in Oct of 1964. Cal was a very friendly and efficient hard worker, always on the go and a pleasure to be around.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Katie Eash; brother, Glenn, sister Hannah, and son Dale.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Van (Alejandra) Eash of Laredo TX, Deanne (Duane) Kauffman of Sarasota FL; siblings,  Don (Bonnie) Eash of Midland MI, Ruth (Carl) Wyse of Grand Rapids MI, and Naomi (Steve) Ulrich of Eureka IL. Mr. Eash is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later time for family.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
