Carmen Bouvier de Gonzalez

Mrs. Carmen Bouvier de Gonzalez, 73, entered into rest on April 12, 2023, in Laredo, Texas. 

She is preceded in death by her parents: Federico II & Maria del Carmen Bouvier; siblings: Vicente Bouvier, Jose Francisco Bouvier, Fernando Bouvier.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of over 48 years of marriage: Jose Roberto Gonzalez; children: Sharon (William) Rodas, Guadalupe (Israel) Ayala, Carmen (Michael) Zellner, Jose Roberto (Jessica) Gonzalez Jr., Dennisse Gonzalez; grandchildren: Allisson, Christian, Madelyn, Rachel; siblings: Federico (Teresa) Bouvier III, Gloria Villaseñor, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially her "chicas de tejer", her little and faithful group that she made many memories with. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks for the many prayers lifted up throughout the various places where our family lives.

Condolences will be received on Sunday, April 16, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm where a Rosary will be recited at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the chapel on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 9:30 am to Santo Niño Catholic Church, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
