Consuelo J. Martinez, 87, was called by the Lord on February 3, 2017
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luis R. Martinez, son, Edmundo Martinez and grandson: Lauro Martinez
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Ernesto (Carlota) Martinez, Elsa Martinez, Luis (Rosa) Martinez, Leonor Martinez, Elia Martinez, Eduardo Martinez and Maria (Jesse) Martinez, siblings: Armando (Leticia) Yruegas, Dolores Flores, Rosaura (Antonio) Treviño, Nicolasa (McMakin), 21 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to the Regent Care Center and Dr. Carlos Casas for all the special care and attention given to Mrs. Martinez.
The family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, February 7,2017, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation services, where a rosary will commence at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from the funeral home to St. Vincent de Paul Church, where a funeral mass will commence at 9:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the City Cemetery Veteran Section.
Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
