Daniel Bocanegra

Daniel Bocanegra, 66, passed away on August 23, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Bocanegra is preceded in death by his parents, Rafael and Dionicia Bocanegra.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Daniel and Frank Ortega; brothers, Rafael (Elia) Bocanegra, Manuel (Zulema Benavidez) Bocanegra, and Javier Bocanegra; sister-in-law, Eulalia Bocanegra. He is also by other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral Home Chapel where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, from the funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m. and a procession departs at 8:30 a.m.

A cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
