Daniel “Danny” Mendez Jr., was called by the Lord on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Margarita Lucas Gonzalez, great grandmother, Maria Luisa Resendiz, grandfather, Miguel (Maricela) Lucas Resendiz, aunts &uncles, Pablo(Carmen) Lucas Resendiz, Jesus (Guadalupe) Lucas Resendiz, Feliz (Mercedes) Zepeda, Francisca (Adrian) Castillo, Antonio (Camila) Lucas Resendiz, Francisco (Margarita) Lucas Resendiz, Alberto (Martha) Lucas Resendiz, Jose (Concepcion) Lucas Resendiz, Elizabeth Lucas (Noe) Ortega , Joanna Lucas, Janette Lucas, Edith Lucas, Krystal Lucas, Rosa Lucas, and Miguel Angel (Flor) Lucas.
The family will be receiving guests on Sunday September 18, 2016, from 4:00pm -9:00pm, at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a rosary will commence at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be Monday, September 19, 2016, at Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Catholic Church, where a funeral mass will commence at 8:30 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Laredo City Cemetery.
