Dora O. Rendon

Dora O. Rendon, 89, entered into eternal rest Friday, February 21, 2020.

She was born in La Lajilla, Tamaulipas. She lived in San Rafael (Las Tortillas). She immigrated to Laredo, Texas where she lived most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan Rodriguez Garcia and Feliz Rendon Garcia; daughter, Rosa Maria Rendon (Francisco) Campero; brothers, Juan Manuel Garcia and Baldemar Garcia (Arabella), sister, Diamantina Garcia (†Antonio) Gonzalez.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 69 years, Pablo G. Rendon; son, Pablo G. Rendon Jr.; sisters: Abigail Garcia (†Rogelio) Delgado, Azucena Garcia (Raul) Palacios; granddaughter/daughter, Rose Marie (Julian) Villanueva; grandchildren: Pablo Beau Rendon, Diana Vidal, Paco F. (Liza) Campero, Monica A. Campero, and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many friends and relatives that loved her.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

A cremation will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to her caretakers: Lula, Gladyss & Yaya & to Dr. Armando Hinojosa for the caring attention given to Dora while under their care.
