Elena Lopez, 71, passed away on November 22, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her son, Juan Manuel Lopez Garza; parents, Abundio & Maria Garza; siblings, Rogelio Garza, Abundio Garza Jr., Maria Cleofas Garza, Irma Garza, Everardo Garza.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Juan Manuel Lopez; children, Rosalinda (Manuel) Torres, Maria Elena (Jorge L.) Saldivar; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Leonel (Guillermina) Garza, Elida (Ismael) Garza, numerous other family and friends

Visitations will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will recite at 2:00 p.m.

Cremation will be held at a later date.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity (90 people) at a time. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn. Similar or more stringent guidelines are likely applicable at the church and cemetery.
