Gabriel Medina

Mr. Gabriel Medina, 49, entered into the loving arms of our Heavenly God, on July 17, 2024, in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father: Marcelino Gutierrez Medina; maternal grandparents: Basilio and Maria Salas; paternal grandparents: Marcelino and Victoria Medina; siblings: Marcelino Medina III; uncle: Basilio Salas Jr.; father-in-law: Juan Antonio Herrera.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved wife: Diana L. Herrera; son: Gabriel Medina Jr.; mother: Juanita Medina; siblings: Gerardo (Martina Lara) Medina, Alfredo (Olinda) Medina, Veronica (Juan Alarcon) Medina, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will gather on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez and Sons Funeral and Cremations, where a Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

Funeral service will commence at 9 am, on Monday, July 22, 2024, departing from the funeral chapel to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church, where a Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 10 am by Rev. Deacon Miguel Vallarta.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Gabriel Medina Jr., Alfredo Medina, Allen Medina, Juan Antonio Herrera Jr., Hector Herrera, Humberto Sanchez, Rodrigo Herrera, Inocencio Gilberto Salas, and Honorary Pallbearer: Gerardo Medina
