Gerardo (Jerry) A. Cabello

Gerardo (Jerry) A. Cabello, 46, entered eternal rest on October 11, 2021.

He was born and raised in Laredo, Texas but had resided in San Antonio, Texas for the past several years. His untimely passing was just 2 months short of him turning 47 years of age.

Jerry was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Cabello; paternal grandparents, Juan & Maria Cabello; maternal grandparents, William & Elvira Ueckert; and his baby brother, Victor X. Cabello.

Jerry is survived by his children; John Jay, Lora Lee, Jason, Kathryn, Vanessa, and Daniel; parents, Gerardo (Doris) Cabello & Leila Montes; his Cabello siblings, David, Christina, and Christopher; his Montes siblings, Esther, Jorge, and Juan Carlos; his long time companion, Melissa Gomez and 4 grandchildren, numerous other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021, from  12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where liturgy will be held at 2:00 pm.

Cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
