Henry Blair

Henry E. Blair, 53, was called by the Lord on April 9th, 2018.

The epitome of a father, lover, and best friend; "Handsome" Blair was one tough teddy bear who'd light up a room with his sparkly eyes and goofy smile. His tragedy easily turned comedy by his own wit. As a beacon of hope, in the darkest of times, He stood tall and instilled a strong sense of self respect in every person he met. Understanding we are all one, his heart knew no bounds.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert H. Blair Sr. & Ernestina Blair, and his brother, John Michael Blair.

He is survived by Graciela Blair and their children: Henry E. Blair Jr. & Abigail N. Blair, his siblings: Robert (Terry) Blair & Lynda (Souhail) Blair, his granddaughters: Haley M. Blair, Lucille A. Blair & Natalie G. Blair, and his loving nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved fiancé, Isabel Rodriguez and her extended family: Tanya (Emmanuel) Perez, Dehlia (Renato) Pacheco, Debbie (Joseph) Ruiz, Dalila Reyes & Gilberto Rodriguez and 10 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 14th, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a Prayer Service will begin at 5:00 p.m. A cremation will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to Dr. Mateo Reyes, and nurses Sergio and Jose of the Doctor's Hospital ICU for all the special care and attention given to Mr. Blair.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
