Heron Cruz-Rivera

Heron Cruz-Rivera, 66, was called by the Lord on September 21, 2018.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughters: Esmeralda Cruz, Ruby (Andres) Ortegon, and Perla (Joaquin) Mata, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, sisters: Oralia Cruz, Martha Cruz, Fina Cruz, Rosa Cruz, Manuela Cruz, Linda Cruz, and Elvira Cruz; brother, Abelardo Cruz, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday, September 24, 2018, from the funeral home Santo Niño Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Joaquin Mata Jr., Joaquin Mata Sr., Jose Antonio Medina, Marco Ortegon, Andres Ortegon, Jorge Villa, Javier Guzman, and Perfecto Hernandez.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
