Homero Gonzalez, 78, was called by the Lord on Saturday, July 4, 2015.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Paula Gonzalez, his children: Guadalupe Jimenez, Macrina (Juan) Cavazos, Homero Gonzalez, Gloria (Pablo) Gonzalez, Sergio (Cosnuelo) Gonzalez, Ramona (Pablo) Monarrez, Jose Juan (Maria del Rosario) Gonzalez, Paula (Jose) Echartea, Norma (Juan) Mares, Julio Cesar (Diana Flores) Gonzalez, Roberto (Alejandra) Gonzalez, Diana E. (Santos Eliseo) Carpio, Claudia Gonzalez, Omar Gonzalez, and Mayra Cavazos, 34 granchildren and 5 great-granchildren.
The family will be receiving guests on Monday, July 6, 2015, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, July 8 2015, from the funeral home to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am. Pallbeares will be: Julio Cesar Gonzalez, Omar Alejandro Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez, Jose Juan Gonzalez, Jose Juan Gonzalez Jr., Juan Cavazos, Santos Carpio, and Ivan Echartea.
