Jose A. Martinez

Jose A. Martinez, 67, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his father, Nicanor Martinez; sister, Reyna Morales.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Maria Martinez; siblings, Alfredo Martinez, Benjamin (Ageda) Martinez, Nenecio (Martha) Martinez, Marcelino (Claudia) Martinez, Maria (Rudy) Luna, Rosalba (Simplicio) Chapa, Carmen (Ruben) Gutierrez, Estela Villafranca, Andrea Killgo, and Marisela Martinez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A rosary will be recited on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Procession will be held immediately after to Nuestra Señora del Rosario Catholic Church where a mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
