Jovita Vela Davalos

Jovita Vela Davalos, 81, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter entered into eternal rest on February 09, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arturo Vela Sr.; mother, Angela Salas Vela; sister, Becky Vela; brother, Genaro Vela.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jesus Alan Davalos, Armando Jose Davalos, Martin (Sofia) Davalos, Angelica (Hector) Suarez, Mary (Jose Juan) Medina, Veronica (Robert) De la Rosa, Rebecca (Anna) Davalos, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, numerous other family members, and friends that will greatly miss her.

Mom,

We want you to know that we think you’re a wonderful mother. You gave us life and helped us make the most of it by giving us the confidence to be ourselves. You cheered when we succeeded, and you stood by us when we messed up. Through good times and hard times, you’ve been our shining example. You gave us caring and understanding. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at San Luis Rey Catholic Church at 8:30 a.m.
