Juan B. Martinez, 85, was called by the Lord on August 08, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia G. Martinez, son, Juan Estevane Martinez & daughter, Guadalupe Y. Martinez, siblings: Consuelo Nuñez, Marina (Luis) Mata, Cristino Martinez & Roberto Martinez.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Rosa E. (Jaime) Gomez, Laura Garcia, Juan (Sonia) Martinez, Leticia (Richard) Gonzalez, Ruby Martinez, Elizabeth (Alejandro) San Miguel, Paulino (Aurelia) Martinez, Dora R. Martinez, Gustavo Martinez, Maria Teresa Martinez, Alejandro Estevane, Gerardo Estevane & Rosa L. (Isidro) Martinez, numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren, siblings: Amada (+Bernardo) Alaniz & Basilio (Isidra) Martinez, brother in law: Roberto Nuñez, sister in law, Josefina Martinez, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 5pm to 10pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will on Friday, August 11, 2017, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Juan Martinez, Paulino Martinez, Gustavo Martinez, Alejandro Estevane, Gerardo Estevane, Juan F. Garcia, Christopher Aguilar & Angel Martinez.

Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
