Julian Martinez

Julian Martinez passed away peacefully on January 11, 2018. He was 97 years old.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Juan Manuel and Cruz Martinez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 75 years, Julia T. Martinez, children: Julian (Deborah) Martinez Jr., Elvira Martinez, Yolanda (Carlos) Martinez Jr., Rosalinda (+Raymond) Valadez, Jose Luis Martinez, Leticia Martinez, 21 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great- grandchildren.
The family will be receiving guests on Sunday, January 14, 2018, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a liturgy will be celebrated at 7:30pm. Funeral services will be on Monday, January 15, 2018, from the funeral home to Christ the King Catholic Church where funeral mass will commence at 11:30am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Danny Martinez, Fernando Martinez, Michael Martinez, Julian Martinez III, Franco Martinez & Alex Ray Garza.
Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
