She was preceded by her brother, Juan Manuel Contreras, and sister, Abigail Gutierrez.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Abel Cavazos, children: Edith Barajas, Leonardo Barajas, Daniel Barajas, Vanessa Barajas, Gabriel Barajas, David Barajas, Ashley Nicole Cavazos & Laura Sophia Cavazos, parents: Juan Manuel & Julia E. Contreras, brother, Josue Contreras, aunt & uncle, Sinforozo & Rosita Villarreal, other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Sunday, December 10, 2017, from 12:00am to 12:00pm at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a chapel service will commence at 11:00am. Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
