Lucia De La Rosa

Lucia De La Rosa, 89, was called by the Lord on June 20, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Antonio De La Rosa, parents, Juan & Maria Estrada & siblings: Alfonso Estrada, Juanita (Juan) Vasquez & Guadalupe Estrada.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Juan Antonio (Mary Elizabeth) De La Rosa, Alejandro De La Rosa, Irma (+Ricardo) Ramirez, Fernando (Cynthia) De La Rosa, Maria (+Arturo Teniente Jr.) De La Rosa & Jesus (Ana Lilia) De La Rosa, siblings: Amelia (+Rafael) Lara, Mario M. Estrada & Elpidio (Aurora) Estrada, sister in law, Maricela Estrada, nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30am. A cremation and inurnment will be held at a later date.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50% percent occupancy capacity at a time. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if the funeral home is at capacity. Similar or more stringent guidelines are likely applicable at the church (25%) and cemetery. Facemasks are required at all times and locations and social distancing guidelines apply.
