Luisa Garcia Cavazos

Mrs. Luisa Garcia Cavazos, 77, has joined the choirs of the angels and saints in heaven on June 16, 2023 at a local hospital.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Jose Cavazos; her parents and siblings.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved nieces & nephew, Mayra (David) Peña, Elizabeth Murillo, Jesus Murillo; siblings, Mica (Gerardo) de Leon Garza, Ramona (Roberto) Espinoza, Paula (Pablo) Garcia Rubalcaba, Martha(Clemente) de Leon, Leticia de Leon, Severo ( Cruz ) de Leon, Amado(Juana) de Leon, Santos (Ema) de Leon, Pablo ( Angelina) de Leon, Rosy (Mario) de Leon, Lety (Luciano) de Leon, Juany (Merejo) de Leon, Martin de Leon; Family Cavazos; close friends, Jaime & Guadalupe Martinez, as well as an extended number of family members.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be recited at 7 pm.

Funeral service will take place on Friday, June 23, 2023, departing the chapel at 8:30 am to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, for the celebration of the funeral mass at 9 am.

All services will conclude after the mass and a cremation will take place at a later date.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all nurses in ICU at both LMC and Laredo Specialty Hospital.
