Maria Martinez

Maria Guadalupe Martinez, 69, passed away June 27, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

Ms. Martinez enjoyed going to the adult daycare and playing loteria.

Mrs. Martinez is preceded in death by the father of her children Gregorio Ramos; parents, Bernarda and Guadalupe Gomez; sister, Rosa Velasquez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Clara Luz Ramos (Virginia Cerda Ramos), Alma Delia Ramos, Gregorio (Inez Garcia) Ramos Jr., Mary Jane (Juan Israel Castañeda), Cruz Cesario Ramos, Raul Fernando Ramos, Arcadia Ramos, and Altagracia (Jesus) Vargas; father, Ruben Martinez Blanco Sr.; siblings, Margarita (Juan) Reyes, San Juana Rivera, Guadalupe (Eloisa) Gomez Jr., David Cardenas, and Ruben Martinez. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granchild, other relatives and friends.

A rosary will be recited on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
