Maria Nuñez

Maria Del Carmen Nuñez, 65, was called by the Lord on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

She was proceeded in death by her parents: Maria Del Carmen Nuño & Arnulfo Nuño; sister, Evangelina Garcia; brother, Leopoldo Nuño.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Raul Nuñez; children: Maria Luisa (Jerardo) Peña and Raul (Jaqueline) Nuñez; 4 grandchildren: Andrew Julian Peña, Zoe Amariel Peña, Brielle Paislee Nuñez, & Rynlee Fawn Nuñez; siblings: Consuelo Nuño Palacios, Antonieta Holman, and Hortencia Nuño De Cantu, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday, December 17, 2018, from the funeral home to Santo Niño Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jose Luis Rodriguez, Jerardo Peña, Henry Guerra, Raul Nuñez, Juan Peña, & Fabian Palomo.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
