Maria Paula "Pola" Martinez

Miss Maria Paula Martinez, 93, entered into eternal rest on December 23, 2024, in Laredo, Texas. She was born in San Ygnacio, Tamaulipas, Mexico, on January 15, 1931 and resided in Laredo, Texas, for most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Bernardo and Josefina Martinez; siblings: Alvaro Martinez, Heriberto Martinez, Ildefonso Martinez, Fidencio Martinez, Estanislada Martinez, Herminia Salinas.

Suriving her are her siblings: Ofilia Gutierrez, Juan Antonio (Goyita) Martinez, Rosenda Martinez, and Juventino (San Juanita) Martinez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, December 29, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Prayer Service will commence at 7 pm.

Visitation will continue on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 7 to 10 am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a Chapel Service will commence at 9:30am.

Procession will depart the chapel at 10 am to the family plot at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for her graveside service at 10:30 am.
