Maria De Jesus "Chita" Rodriguez

Maria de Jesus Rodriguez, 94, passed away peacefully at her home of 52 years on Thursday, December 27, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Heraclio Rodriguez; daughters, Aurora Rodriguez, Leticia Rodriguez; son, Ramon Rodriguez; and grandson, Gilberto Rodriguez.

She is survived by her children: Jose Antonio (Cecilia) Rodriguez, Mario Alberto Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Maria Engracia Rodriguez, and Mara Rodriguez; daughter in law: Rocio Rodriguez; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mrs. Rodriguez is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 10:00 am. in the Gamez & Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Departure from the funeral home will be at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Hector Talamantes, Mario Alberto Rodriguez, Phillip Zamora, Felipe Zamora, Armando Rodriguez, and Heraclio Rodriguez.
