Ramona Moreno
August 31, 1925 — April 9, 2017
Miss Ramona Moreno, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 9, 2017, surrounded by her family.
She lived most of her life at El Milagro Ranch, and for the past 7 years, she lived with her niece, Elsa Perez Saenz.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Estanislado Moreno and Delfina Morales; her siblings: Isidro Moreno, Norberta M. Sanchez, Josefina Moreno, Natividad Moreno, Inez M. Perez and Silveria Moreno; her brother-in-laws: Jose Reynaldo Perez and Jaime Galvan, her nephews: Librado Villegas, Jaime Galvan Jr. and Noe Perez.
Left to cherish her memory are her sisters: Maria (Eugenio) Villegas and Evagelina (+Jaime) Galvan. Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
The family would like to give a very special thanks and express their utmost gratitude to her caregivers: Aurelia Regalada, Malena Huante, Ramoncita Garcia and Claudia.
The family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, from 4pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, from the funeral home to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
