Raul Vitela

Raul Vitela, 65, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Vitela is preceded in death by his parents, Monico and Josefina Vitela; brother, Ismael Vitela.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Maria Ramona Moreno; children, Valerie Lynn Vitela, Raul Vitela Jr., Felisha Lyzette (Ryan) Hatcher, Naomi Chinnle (Clay) Elliott; granddaughter, Mackenzie Elliott; siblings: Samuel Vitela, Rosa Maria (Anthony) Rangel, Daniel (Maria J.) Vitela, Ruben Vitela, Maria G. Vitela, David (Araceli) Vitela, Margie Vitela, Hilda Vitela, and Arnoldo (Linda) Vitela. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A prayer service will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m at the First Assembly of God, 6103 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78041. Church will be open between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
