Refugio Cervantes

Refugio Cervantes, 91, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan Macias; son, Javier Macias; sisters: Carolina Cervantes, Maria Elena Cervantes, Consuelo Cervantes and grandson, Claudio Macias.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Juanita Macias, Jose (Catalina) Macias, Jorge (Graciela) Macias, Juan (Leticia) Macias, Mariano (Rocio) Macias, Eliodoro (Rafaela) Macias, Chelo (Jose Luis) Nuñez, Altagracia Macias, 32 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A rosary will be recited on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2020, at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a chapel service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m.

Cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
