Regino Briones, 78, passed away on December 07, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his son, Enrique Briones; parents, Jose & Guadalupe Briones.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Enriqueta Briones Morales; children, Dora (Martin) Montes, Blanca (Juan) Chapa, Jaime Regino (Lucero) Morales, Sergio (Ana Maria) Briones, Maria Alicia (Luis) Gutierrez, Elsa (Mario) Villarreal, Carlos (Blanca) Briones; 33 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Baltazar Briones, Jose Briones, Jorge Alberto Briones, Olga Briones, numerous other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a prayer service will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 where a prayer service will be held at 8:30 a.m. Funeral home doors open at 7:00 a.m. and a procession departs at 10:00 a.m. to the Laredo City Cemetery.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity (90 people) at a time. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn. Similar or more stringent guidelines are likely applicable at the church and cemetery.
