He is preceded in death by his parents Jose L. Rios and Maria Esther Gutierrez De Rios

He is survived by his sister; Vanessa Rios; uncle, Roberto Rios from Houston, Texas

.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
