Roberto R. Armenta

Roberto R. Armenta, 67, passed away on January 07, 2021 in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his grandchildren, Agustin Armenta, Priscilla Armenta; mother, Esperanza Pineda.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Maria Irene Armenta; children, Jesus (Alma) Armenta, Ana Delia (Jorge) Argaiz, Noemi (Alfredo) Diaz; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Virginia Flores, Marce (Reyes) Guevarra, Jose Luis (Elisa) Gomez, Evangelina (Juan) Abrego, Imelda (Juan) Garcia, Maria Concepcion (Francisco) Fassio, Juany (Lalo) Ibarra, numerous other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. Procession departs at 10:30 a.m. to the City of Laredo Cemetery. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if funeral home reaches capacity. All visitors must wear a face mask before entering the building and use hand sanitizer provided upon entry. Visitors must provide their own face covering.  Anyone that is knowingly sick or has upper respiratory illness is asked to stay home and may be denied entry.
