Tomas Guerra

Tomas Guerra, 86, was called by the Lord on August 2, 2017.

He was a loving father who dedicated his entire life to his children. Tomas was an avid baseball fan who also greatly enjoyed time fishing and other outdoor activities.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Demetrio Guerra, Marcia Guerra & Maria Concepcion Guerra and grandchild, Alfonso Galy Cuellar.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Juan A. Guerra, Maria Benavides, Lidia Guerra, Monica Guerra, Apolonio Mercado & Rafaela Balderas, siblings: Jose Guerra, Julia Guerra, Mario Guerra, Gabriel Guerra, Juan Guerra, Ramona, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving friends on on August, August 23, 2017, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 24, 2017, from the funeral home to Santo Niño Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the City Cemetery.

Funeral Services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
