Xavier "JV" Donovan, 66, was called by the Lord on Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Donovan, his loving mother, Juana G. Donovan, father, Francisco Donovan, brothers: Hecky (Diana) Donovan & Andy Donovan, Sr.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 40 years of marriage, Raquel Donovan, daughters: Kim (Pete) Hernandez and Camille Donavan, siblings: Humberto (Janie) Donavan, Lloyd (Velma) Donovan & Beatriz (Eric) Doncaster, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a Liturgical Service will commence at 7:00pm. A cremation will be held at a later date.
Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043.
